What is the curse of Kiradu?

Once upon a time, Kiradu was a populated village. One day a saint with his disciples landed in the village but was surprised by the cold shoulder attitude of the villagers. Only a potter woman showed some respect to the saint and his disciples.

The saint said that the villagers were behaving like stones hence they should be stoned. But he let the potter woman escape from his curse with the condition that she won’t look back while leaving the village.

Who is the stoned woman in Sihani?

The stone structure in Sihani village is of that potter woman. She didn’t follow the words of the saint and looked back out of curiosity. She was in Sihani when she looked back and became stone.
