Vinod Tiwari’s movie is based on a real life incident

Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle is big comedy movie of small budget directed by Vinod Tiwari who’s himself a budding director debuting with TBHP. The director shared an anecdote that inspired him to make this movie.

Inspiration for the movie

Vinod Tiwari was working on a project when he noticed that some people are unnecessarily approaching a woman, who happens to be an actress, with coffee. The actress seemed reluctant to accept the beverage and was denying every time she’s offered the coffee. But those people were enjoying her denial.

TBHP Story

Vinod Tiwari got the idea of making a movie on that incident and developed the plot of TBHP.

“Dev is a director working on a family entertainer but his lead actor Raj wants to make an erotic movie with Dev’s girlfriend Ragini. Raj wants to shoot hot kissing and bikini scenes with Ragini but Dev doesn’t accept the screen romance of Raj and Ragini. Suddenly a local don Arru enters the scene and falls into love with Ragini. The helpless Ragini has nowhere to go to escape from these three men falling for her”

Vinod Tiwari is happy to take Krushna Abhishek in the lead role of Raj and he finds Mukul Dev fitting into the character of don Arru. Nazia Hussain is playing Ragini in the movie.

Kapil Sharma connection

Vinod Tiwari revealed that if he gets an opportunity, he’ll make a biopic on the life of renowned comedian Kapil Sharma. Sanju inspired Tiwari to make a biopic but what inspired him to essay the life Kapil Sharma isn’t known. It seems Vinod Tiwari is a big fan of Kapil Sharma.

The poster has band-baja-baarat. The three lead characters Dev, Ragini and Raj are sitting on a sofa and the don Arru is brandishing is guns from behind. There are four other characters and together they all give the poster a comic look.
